LONDON -- A British judge ordered the publication Tuesday of the full ruling on Paul McCartney's bitter divorce battle, rejecting an appeal by the former Beatle's estranged wife.

Heather Mills had tried to stop the full ruling being made public after securing a near 25 million pound (50 million dollar, 33 million euro) deal at London's High Court on Monday.

But two appeal court judges rejected her arguments that the details should not be published because it would make it look as if she had lost, and also to protect the privacy of the couple's four-year-old daughter Beatrice.

"This was a highly unusual case which has generated a lot of public interest and publication of the judgment was a matter for the judge," said judge Nicholas Wall.

Mills' lawyer David Rosen said his client was worried that security arrangements for the couple's daughter would be jeopardized.

"Miss Mills believes her daughter will be put in real danger. It is most disturbing," he said.

The full ruling was expected to be published later in the day.

The 40-year-old former model, who had wanted 125 million pounds from the multi-millionaire singer-songwriter, welcomed the divorce deal Monday, but also lashed out at McCartney's lawyer and the judge.

While a 500-word summary of the ruling was published, she strenuously opposed release of more details.

"I've said if the whole judgement goes out, then all the transcripts have to go out because it's going to be written in a way that they will try and make it look like I wasn't successful," she said.

"I wanted to keep the judgment private. Paul has just said he wants it public, that's the only reason I'm talking. He's always wanted it public because he wants to look like he's this generous Sir Paul."
