MANILA, Philippines -- A young actor facing investigation from the Department of Justice for alleged acts of lasciviousness against the daughter of another actor has snubbed anew the preliminary hearing by the DoJ.
Instead Actor Baron Frederick Von Geisler filed a counter charge Friday for unjust vexation against Patrizha Maree Martinez, daughter of William Martinez, who accused him of alleged sexual harassment, said prosecutor Amande Felipe.
Felipe also said that Geisler has submitted his counter-affidavit to Martinez?s complaint.
Geisler, in his complaint, said he would not have hugged Martinez if she had not shown interest in him.
Felipe then ordered Martinez to submit her affidavit on or before the next hearing set on July 2 at 10:30 a.m.
The case stemmed from the complaint filed by Martinez, who claimed that she was harassed by Geisler while inside the Fiamma Bar in Makati City.
In her affidavit, Martinez said that Geisler offered her a one-night stand.
After that, Martinez said that the actor apologized and asked for a hug and then allegedly touched her breast as he embraced her.
