BEVERLY HILLS -- Steamy Woody Allen movie "Vicky Cristina Barcelona" won the Golden Globe award for best comedy or musical here Sunday.

Veteran director Allen was not on hand to receive the award. Other nominees included included "Mamma Mia!", "In Bruges", "Burn After Reading" and "Happy-Go-Lucky."
