MANILA, Philippines? (UPDATE) Teen star Yasmien Kurdi has filed a sexual harassment complaint against actor Baron Geisler over the actor?s ?sexually suggestive? acts, her legal counsel said Monday.

Kurdi, 20, arrived at the Philippine National Police Women?s and Children?s Protection Center at Camp Crame shortly after about 4:30 p.m. to file charges of acts of lasciviousness and unjust vexation against Geisler.

Accompanied by her lawyer Ferdinand Topacio, Kurdi refused to grant any media interviews as she signed her affidavit in front of Chief Superintendent Yolanda Tanigue, WCPC chief.

Topacio said Kurdi?s complaint stemmed from ?five to six incidents? of alleged sexual harassment that started last May 21 during the shoot of a local soap opera in Bulacan.

?Sa maraming okasyon, si Ginoong Geisler ay sinabihan ang aking kliyente ng mga salitang mahahalay, words that have sexual innuendos and she took offense with these words,? Topacio said.

?She was touched in a manner that was sexually suggestive and improper. May mga gestures na ginawa na napakahalay,? the lawyer said, but refused to give details.

Topacio added that Geisler committed the alleged acts in full view of the show?s cast and crew, and Kurdi, in one instance, even punched Geisler.

?On set po ito at nakita ito ng mga production crew, kapwa-artista which makes it all the more humiliating at hindi sanay si Binibining Kurdi sa ganitong pag-aasal ng isang tao sapagkat siya ay pinalaki na isang babae na may takot sa Diyos,? Topacio said.

When asked if Geisler was intoxicated at the time he allegedly committed those acts, Topacio said, ?Whether he?s drunk or not, it?s not an excuse.?

Apart from filing charges of acts of lasciviousness and unjust vexation, Kurdi?s camp could also file a temporary restraining order against Geisler if the actor refused to stop his alleged acts.

?He is a sick person and he should seek psychiatric treatment upang hindi maraming babae ang mapinsala,? Topacio said.

The daughter of showbiz couple Yayo Aguila and William Martinez has also filed charges of acts of lasciviousness against the actor.

When asked what the condition of his client was, Topacio said, ?Nagulumihanan, natatakot makatrabaho si Geisler.?

Tanigue said a case would be filed against Geisler if investigations show there?s probable cause to sue the actor.
