MANILA, Philippines?Beauty doctor Vicki Belo is considering pressing charges against those behind the spread of the sex videos of her former boyfriend Hayden Kho as she stressed having no part in their distribution, her lawyer said.

This as Belo said Wednesday her videos of steamy trysts with Kho were taken with mutual consent, lawyer Adel Tamano said.

?She has no motive. If she did, it (the release of the videos) should have been in December when they separated, not now that they became friends again,? Tamano said.

He said the sex video Belo admitted having with Kho was ?consensual,? meaning both had agreed to videotape their sexual intercourse.

Belo said that to set the facts straight and not to protect Kho, Tamano said.

?Dr. Belo knew the existence of the sex tape. They each agreed to take it, and that only two of them would see it, and afterward, they agreed to delete it,? he said at the weekly Fernandina Forum at Club Filipino in San Juan City.

Tamano also clarified that the sex videos of Kho with other women were first stored in a computer hard drive belonging to the Belo Medical Group. He said it was Belo who asked her friend Eric Chua to delete the videos.

?There were about 40 videos, but not of 40 women. There were only about four women in all these videos,? he said, adding that he had only seen a portion of the Katrina Halili video and not the Belo one.

But Chua, instead of deleting the videos, apparently made a copy and even gave Belo a CD containing the files, the lawyer said.

?She was angry because her instruction to delete the video was not followed,? Tamano said.

The lawyer said Belo, who flew to Europe apparently to avoid the controversy, was not a suspect in the probe of the National Bureau of Investigation.

?She was only called as a witness and a resource person,? he said. He added that Belo had told him that although she and Kho were already in good terms, they were no longer romantically involved.

Tamano said they were studying their legal options against the persons responsible for the spread of the sex videos.
