MANILA, Philippines ? (UPDATE) The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) gave a doctor who is at the center of a sex video scandal until Friday to submit his affidavit.

Doctor Hayden Kho has asked for a one-week extension to file his affidavit but the NBI gave him only until Friday. The document was originally due on Wednesday, said NBI Director Nestor Mantaring.

Kho?s former girlfriend and employer, cosmetic surgeon to the stars Vicki Belo, submitted her affidavit to the NBI earlier Wednesday, Mantaring told reporters.

Kho?s lawyer, Jose Paolo Patajo, met with Mantaring and the head of the NBI anti-fraud and computer crimes division, lawyer Vicente de Guzman, on Wednesday.

The beauty doctor is facing several investigations after videos showing him having sex with several women were leaked in the Internet. Kho admitted to filming the sexual encounters, which, one of his partners, actress Katrina Halili, said was done without her consent.
