MANILA, Philippines?Senator Ramon ?Bong? Revilla Jr. on Friday apologized for his remark that the water dousing incident at the Senate was ?scripted,? a report on dzMM Teleradyo said.

Former Pagsanjan Mayor Abner Afuang on Thursday suddenly poured water on Hayden Kho at the start of the Senate inquiry into the sex videos of the controversial cosmetic surgeon with actress Katrina Halili and other female celebrities.

Revilla, who had dismissed the incident as merely scripted, apologized for the remark as he acknowledged Afuang?s statement he was dismayed at Kho?s treatment of women, the report said.
