MANILA, Philippines -- The Bureau of Immigration placed in its watch list cosmetic surgeon Vicki Belo and three other individuals as the Department of Justice (DoJ) investigated their alleged involvement in the leak of a sex video.

Justice Secretary Agnes Devanadera ordered Belo, Doctor Mark Herbert Rosario, Erick Johnston Chua, and Princess Marie Velasco placed in the watch list, Immigration Commissioner Marcelino Libanan said.

The four will remain in the watch list for 60 days unless sooner terminated or extended, Libanan said.

?So long as they are in our watch list, they will not be allowed to leave the country unless they have a clearance from the Department of Justice,? said BI spokesman Floro Balato Jr.

The DoJ is investigating the four for violation of Republic Act 9262 or the law on violence against women and children for allegedly leaking sex videos of Doctor Hayden Kho and several women.

Kho is Belo?s former boyfriend.
