MANILA, Philippines ? Actress Amalia Fuentes and her son have asked a local court to defer their arraignment again against the robbery case that had been filed against them.
In a motion heard before the court on Monday, Fuentes (Amalia Muhlach Stevens in real life) and her son Gerard asked the Quezon City regional trial court said they were seeking the postponement because the Department of Justice has not yet issued a resolution on their petition for review.
The two are facing a robbery case filed by the First Mindanao Agriculture Corp., in which they were accused of stealing items from the FMA office in Cubao, which is owned by Fuentes? estranged husband, Joey Stevens.
