MANILA, Philippines ? The mother of road rage suspect Jason Ivler has accused a Malacanang official of allegedly pressuring the Department of Foreign Affairs to deport her British husband.

Marlene Aguilar made this disclosure Thursday when she and husband Stephen Pollard, a senior economist at the Asian Development Bank, went to the National Bureau of Investigation.

Aguilar warned that this would destroy the government?s ties with the international economic community.
