Murder raps filed vs Maguindanao gov

MANILA, Philippines ? The Department of Justice filed murder charges against Maguindanao Governor Andal Ampatuan Sr. before the Quezon City regional trial court, said Senior State Prosecutor Leo Dacera Tuesday.

Andal Sr. and four others are also facing rebellion charges before the Quezon City RTC for their alleged involvement in the massacre of 57 people in Maguindanao last November 23.
