Japanese national found slain in Zamboanga

ZAMBOANGA CITY, Philippines?A Japanese national was found dead with stab wounds early Friday inside his rented house in Zamboanga City, police said.

Chief Supt Angelo Sunglao, Western Mindanao police director, said Japanese national Tokio Miyake, 70, was found with stab wounds in his body at around 2:53 a.m. in his house on Poste Drive, Km 4, Barangay Pasonanca.

Sunglao said Tokio's Filipina companion, Anayn Abejeri, has been invited for questioning.
