MANILA, Philippines?Daphne Oseña-Paez has resigned from the QTV 11 show ?Proudly Filipina? which was launched July last year.
In an e-mailed statement and phone interview, Paez told Inquirer Entertainment that she was leaving the show with a heavy heart. ?It?s such a wonderful, intelligent... show,? she said, adding that she received ?so much support ? from the staff and management of QTV? for two seasons.
She had quit to focus on her role as mom to four-year-old Sophia and one-year-old Lily, she said.
Insiders said the show would be re-launched this week with a big female star as host.
