Celebs’ thoughts on love

MANILA, Philippines?V-Day gives us an excuse to be corny. So pardon my mush as I share with you my blog, ?Heart Under Renovation? and some celebs? thoughts on what they hate and love about l?amour?plus their unforgettable love experiences.

Beware of Cupid! He?s armed and dangerous. May Cupid?s arrow hit you where it hurts so good. Happy V-Day! V for Victorious in love or Vanquished by it?

?Heart Under Renovation?

?My heart is neither here nor there. Not that I lack ?significant others.? I?m just having one of those blah days when my heart just refuses to feel too much all over again. As I told my best friend Joy, ?Girl, bakit ganu?n? Parang pagod na ako makipagrelasyon. Di ko na ?ata kaya magseryoso!? Her reply struck me, ?Di ka pagod, girl. Takot ka lang. Sa dami ng pinagdaanan mo sa love, di mo na alam kung sino ang sincere at sino ang hindi.

?So is my heart just tired of going through the whole gamut of emotions or has it become so afraid of what it wants the most? They say love is the answer. Now it?s the question.

?Considering all the emotional investment I?ve wisely (and unwisely) made many heartbeats and heartaches ago, my heart feels like it?s on the brink of bankruptcy. Is there any heart out there that?s worthy enough to be a safety deposit box of all my leftover dreams and desires?

?I?ve been through hell and back in the name of love. Now, my heart is in limbo. How long before I get to Paradise??

Losing it

Diether Ocampo: ?I hate loving too much and losing my sanity in the process. But what the heck? That?s the essence of loving. So whether it?s gonna hurt or not, at least I?ve loved. Marrying Kristine (Hermosa) was my most unforgettable love experience.?

Bianca Gonzales: ?The worst and best thing about love for me is how it is my greatest weakness but it?s also where I draw my greatest strength from. I must say that I have yet to experience the greatest thing about love and that?s having my own family someday.?

Jed Madela: ?I hate love because it makes me forget myself. I tend to give my all and have nothing left for me. What I love about love is that it always finds a way to paint a smile on my face. I cooked lunch for someone and I enjoyed watching her eat it all up. Mababaw lang but it will stand out in my memory.?

Pauleen Luna: ?What I hate about love is when my partner makes a mistake but I?ve just got to give him another chance. The thing I like most about love is when I feel taken good care of and when I feel safe in his arms. What I can?t forget is the time when my life started to change when I felt Sherwin was my security blanket because he gives me all-out love.?

Medwin Marfil (True Faith): ?The best thing about love is that it is a powerful force that can really change lives. The thing that sucks about love is when it makes you lose control of yourself. The high point of love for me is when it inspires me to write great songs for my band.?

Cheska Garcia: ?I don?t hate anything about love no matter how many times I have cried at the end of it all. There is always somebody destined for me and that?s why I love to love. Doug?s proposal to me was my ultimate love moment.?

Christian Bautista: ?What I hate about love is also what I love about it and that is its being a power that I can never resist. My love for God beats all the loves combined.?

Tin-Tin Bersola Babao: ?I hate the sleepless nights and pain that go with love. I love the immeasurable joy that reaches the very core of my being and the assurance that I?ll never be alone. My wedding was the total love experience I ever had.?

Vhong Navarro: ?I hate love kasi nagiging tanga tayo paminsan minsan. I like love kasi nagiging inspired ako sa lahat ng bagay.

Cherry Pie Picache: ?There?s really nothing I can hate about love because for me it?s perfect and the greatest gift from God. If only people could truly love with a pure heart then the world would be a better place. My greatest love experience was when I gave birth to my son. Because of him, I know that unconditional love exists.?

Marvin Agustin: ?Love shares the same degrees of joy and pain. It gets me crazy and makes me do anything and everything for the one I love. Love can bring out the best in me and it may ruin me at the same time. What makes love beautiful is its unpredictability. Unforgettable would be my first and only blind date. I hated blind dates but after that night, we ended up seeing each other for almost a year.?

Jolina Magdangal: ?I hate it when I think I already know everything I need to know about my BF pero there?s a lot more I uncover. I like how love adds excitement to everything I do. I cherish the time when long distance relationship pa kami ni Bebong, nag-date kami through web cam!?

Alfred Vargas: ?I hate the inevitable hurt that love brings sometimes but I know it?s all for the good in the long run. I love the purpose it brings to my life and how it transcends everything. I?ll never forget my first kiss?youthful, innocent and passionate!?
