Remember how Alma Moreno raised a ruckus when she, Rudy Fernandez and her kids were refused entry to Japan? Mark Herras allegedly suffered the same fate. While Alma was vociferous in complaining about her ordeal, Mark chose to keep mum. He was traumatized daw.
Mark's close associate has denied this, insisting that Mark never even left for Japan. "His handlers didn't allow him to leave because he had incomplete travel documents."
What's it all about, Gabby?
Spreading like wildfire via SMS are unflattering rumors about Gabby Concepcion who has been dropped from his comeback film with Jolina Magdangal.
He supposedly made several demands from GMA Films, including a script rewrite. Dennis Trillo has replaced him in the comedy flick.
An intrigue-monger claims that Gabby refuses to share the screen with young love team Rhian Ramos and Mark Herras who, the US-based actor allegedly thinks, made a mess of his old movie, "My Only Love" when it was remade as an afternoon soap recently.
An insider, however, points out that Gabby has yet to complete all his travel/work documents.
"And the cast needs to leave for Italy in early April."
Daddy Dennis
Guess who is Dennis Trillo's beneficiary for an insurance policy secured for the Italy trip? His son with Carlene Aguilar, Calix. Meanwhile, Dennis has been tapped as male lead of "Magdusa Ka," which will be remade as a soap by GMA 7.
Conflicted Cristine
Dennis is reportedly wooing back Cristine Reyes. They could've been cast mates in "Magdusa," but Cristine is reportedly considering ABS-CBN's counter-offer: the lead role in "Eva Fonda 16," the soap remake of an Alma Moreno-starrer.
