I read your article about Madonna Decena. If I?m not mistaken, she is the same Madonna Decena I worked with at the 1993 Batibot World of Children Expo at the Shangri-La mall. Now I remember that she already had that ?star quality? back then.
During breaks, we often staged ?performances? among ourselves and I recall Madonna singing a Tagalog ditty which had the lines ?tignan ang bahaghari.? I?m sorry I can?t remember the title of the song but it was such a beautiful song!
Because we grew quite close to each other, we even produced a ?photocopied? yearbook before the end of the Expo. Unfortunately, Madonna wasn?t there. I think she left before the Expo finished on Nov. 30 of that year.
Well, I?m happy to read about her success. She probably doesn?t remember me but I wish her all the best. God bless!
