MANILA, Philippines—It's confirmed.

Judy Ann Santos and Ryan Agoncillo are now officially engaged.

An insider on Monday confirmed Ryan proposed to Judai while vacationing in a Visayan province. The source also said the actress has, tearfully accepted.

A wedding date is yet to be finalized.

Ryan has been very upfront about his birthday gift to girlfriend Judai, a coffeetable book on the making of “Ploning.” It turned out he had another (top-secret) present for Judai, who turned 30 on Sunday.

In their vacation with adopted daughter Yohann, the actress was pleasantly surprised to receive...a diamond engagement ring.

Ryan’s dad Chito, Judai’s mom Carol and her manager Alfie Lorenzo openly expressed, during her birthday celebration on GMA-7’s “SOP” a week ago, their wish for the couple to settle down.

According to a source from that neck of the woods, the ring was bought in Hong Kong. The previously announced European holiday is coming up. Sounds serious.
