MANILA, Philippines?Our pet, Hatz, is a cross between a Shih Tzu and a Japanese Spitz. She just turned three years old this month. She recently gave birth to six male pups. One is in our old house in Kalookan. We gave away the other puppies to my brother and our friends. Hatz?s original owner is my eldest sister, Anna Liza, who used to live in Cagayan de Oro. When they moved to Manila, they brought Hatz along. When they moved again, they left her with us in Bulacan. She?s quiet now, but she can also be playful. She?s not so brave, though. She only barks after a guest leaves.
