MANILA, Philippines?The Cinema Evaluation Board ?unanimously? gave Chito Roño?s ?Caregiver? a grade of A, entitling it to 100-percent amusement tax rebate.
The Sharon Cuneta starrer was also invited as the gala opening film at the Festival Paris Cinema, which will present a special showcase of Filipino movies.
Cuneta, along with Piolo Pascual and Judy Ann Santos, will grace the festival, which runs from July 1 to 12. The Filipinos were invited by Paris Mayor Bertrand Delanoe and festival head Charlotte Rampling.
