MANILA, Philippines?Action star Rudy ?Daboy? Fernandez?s ?pasiyam? (9th day Mass) fell on Father?s Day.

Rudy passed away on June 7 after a two-year battle with cancer. He was 56.

Family and friends, including Rudy?s sons Ralph, Renz and Mark Anthony, were back at his tomb at the Heritage Memorial Park in Taguig City on June 16 for the 5 p.m. Mass. In a short program, the boys paid tribute to a ?great? father. The mood was much lighter, just allowing some stray tears.

The actor?s wife, Lorna Tolentino, recited a personal prayer. His buddies Phillip Salvador and senators Jinggoy Estrada and Bong Revilla, had their own turns. The guests shared an early supper. The next day, LT and sons flew to Boracay.
