MANILA, Philippines - Reluctant witness recalls this unfortunate incident on the set of a Kapuso show:

Male Celebrity suddenly had a coughing fit, which led him to spew generous wads of saliva on the floor.

RC prays that MC, who?s rumored to have a psychological condition, isn?t into drooling in his workplace.

Catty contestant

On the set of the same show, Female Celebrity has been heard badmouthing Male Contestant, convincing fellow contestants to join forces, so that they can beat MC. FC is obviously determined to win.

Girls gone wild 1

Kapamilya Teen Starlet has sent steamy MMS snaps to Kapuso Teen Hunk whom, a source surmises, she?s trying to seduce.

In one photo, KTS is clad in a bikini; in another, she is sporting a fake baby bump. Huh?

?KTS wants to show KTH that she will still look hot even when preggy,? says the source.

Girls gone wild 2

Kapuso Teen Starlet is dating Basketball Hunk, but was spotted in a resto canoodling with Kapamilya Teen Idol.

A mole thinks KTS is a player. ?She has guys? names on speed dial,? the mole claims.

War of news divas

To silence all manner of speculation regarding the supposed rift between ABS-CBN news executives Maria Ressa and Luchi Cruz-Valdez, the Kapamilya network sent this official statement via SMS:

?The issue is not merely about a petty personal difference or a simple administrative concern. It is about an internal professional matter that is now being deliberated at the highest corporate level. The process is being done to uphold the utmost professional standards not only in our News and Current Affairs division but the entire organization.?

With this statement, Valdez?s one-month ?preventive suspension? was thus confirmed.

Careful

From a press dispatch, about Ruffa Gutierrez playing ?the gorgeous, fabulous and ambitious ex-model Daniella Valencia? on ABS-CBN?s ?Betty la Fea?:

?This role is definitely made for Ruffa because she is a natural as she portrays her character. With her poise, grace and scheming personality, she will do everything to get the career that she wants.? (Something missing here?)

Ill Winehouse

LONDON?A spokesman for Amy Winehouse says the singer had to miss a concert date in Paris because of illness.

Spokesman Chris Goodman says the soul diva fell sick and could not travel for Friday?s Rock En Seine show. He says Winehouse, 24, is at home and has not been hospitalized. He gave no other details.

The 24-year-old singer has long struggled with drug use and health problems. AP

Laugh stories

Today, let?s end with some laughs.

?On Barack Obama?s visit to Germany: ?They really love Obama in Germany. He?s like a rock star over there. It?s impressive, until you realize that David Hasselhoff is also like a rock star over there.?

?On Jamie Lynn Spears? baby: ?We?re not too far from one of the scariest sentences uttered this decade??Aunt Britney?s coming over to baby sit.??

?On Paris Hilton wanting a baby: ?She?s very serious about it and promises to love it and feed it until it gets too big for her purse.?

For more of this irreverent humor, tune in to ?Jimmy Kimmel Live,? which premiered on Star World recently. Weeknights, 10 p.m.
