MANILA, Philippines?I?m now going through a National Geographic book of photographs, ?Through the Lens.? As governor of Batangas, I want to learn more about marine life. It?s because the Center of Marine Biodiversity in the World is in our province?Verde Island Passage. It was declared a protected area. The University of California wants to put up the world?s biggest aquarium there. It has the most number of corals and fishes in the world and we have to take care of it. Bayani San Diego Jr.
