MANILA, Philippines - What a difference two months can make! When singer-actress Vina Morales announced in late September that she was infanticipating, she was brimming with excitement. Now, there’s talk that boyfriend Cedric Lee is denying he is the father.
Rushes asked Star Magic, Vina’s management firm, which said, via SMS, “We’re not in a position to comment. Vina is in the United States.”
A Pinoy fan who watched one of Vina’s shows in America said the four-month-old baby bump could no longer be hidden. Even so, the fan also said, Vina was still a dynamo onstage.
A lawyer told Rushes that Cedric could just be making sure his ongoing annulment case is not jeopardized. As the lawyer put it, “Only Vina and Cedric know the score.”

Show Biz Insider gasps: “The talents of a top TV network are so jologs (cheap)!” SBI cites the channel’s biggest female star, Pretty Miss: “A male co-star claims PM has a potty mouth that can put a stevedore to shame.”

During TV5’s Christmas party for media friends on Wednesday, Gretchen Barretto caved in to a dare that left her shoeless. “How much are you worth tonight?” she was asked as she held court in a surprise press con. “Is there any part of your getup right now that you can raffle away? Maybe your earrings?”
After some coaxing, La Greta, stunning as usual, said, “Okay, my shoes na lang.” It was an Oscar dela Renta pair that she had worn only twice, she said. The first two names fished out of the raffle bowl were male, sort of. We left the party before the shoes could find a new owner.

Movie, TV and stage actor Juan Rodrigo is endorsing the Brazilian Agaricus “healthy” coffee, named for one of its ingredients, agaricus mushroom. The info dispatch says it also has grapeseed powder, ginseng, green tea and aloe vera. What, no coffee beans?

NEW YORK—David Archuleta has a self-titled album out from 19 Recordings/Jive Records.
The 17-year-old runner-up hopes all those votes on last season’s “American Idol” parlay into album sales. His first single, “Crush,” peaked at No. 2 on Billboard’s Hot 100 and is a top download on iTunes.
“Idol” winner David Cook’s album also comes out this month. Archuleta was asked if it feels like a competition all over again. His reply:
“It never really felt like a competition with Cook ... We’re kind of in our different categories in the music world ... But I’m real excited for his album, too. I’ve heard a few of the songs and they sound great.” AP
