Dollywood
Marvs writes from Paris

MANILA, Philippines?Gabby Concepcion is trusting to a fault. That?s why so many people take advantage of him.

After his falling out with his former manager, here comes his ex-production assistant badmouthing him and his wife Ginbee.

A common friend laments, ?Gabs is not suing her na nga even if she ran away with P120,000. Pamasko na raw ni Gabs ?yon so dapat tumahimik na lang siya. That money could have been used for his daughter Sam?s educational fund.?

Gabs is the easiest person to make "pakiusap" to. So I don?t know why some people would rather steal from him than ask him directly for help. It?s sad that the people he trusts choose to break his kind heart, instead of making it melt.

Sam on Anne

Sam Milby missed his ex-girlfriend Anne Curtis? tearful interview about their breakup on ?The Buzz.?

?I just heard about it,? Sam said. ?I respect everything she said. Our communication is a lot better and open now.? Looks like their hearts remain open for a reconciliation.

Paris sojourn

Marvin Agustin e-mailed me from France:

?Bonjour tres belle! I?m having a great time eating here in Paris. We had breakfast at the famous Cafe de la Paix, Intercon Le Grand. Kong Restaurant is similar to our John and Yoko and Sumosam. I tried this small neighborhood-type French restaurant in the Latin Quarter, Le Petit Pontoise. (The best so far!) Of course we had drinks at Hemingway Bar at the Ritz, then went to Hotel Costes for more drinks.

?We ended up at the VIP Room (for still more drinks). But we never missed Le Jules Verne at the 2nd level of the famous Eiffel Tower. Sobrang sarap. Alain Ducasse is the best, my idol chef! We are leaving this Wednesday for London.

"Please tell your readers to visit our newest restaurant in Greenbelt 3, Marciano?s. Also, I will be opening my eighth restaurant this December at the newest mall in Eastwood City. Working name is Mr. Kurusawa, a Japanese restaurant with European cuisine influence. Au Revoir tres belle!"

Wonder if Marvs will find amour in the ?City of Love??

Rihanna?s concert crowd

I immensely enjoyed Rihanna and Chris Brown?s concert. The R&B mega couple captivated the record crowd of 60,000 with their hits. Spotted enjoying the concert of the year were KC Concepcion, Sam Milby, Gary V, Christian Bautista, Medwin Marfil of True Faith, Erik Santos, and Patrick Garcia with date Glaiza de Castro.

KC and Erik approached Sam and Christian when they arrived and together they proceeded to the VIP section.

Is Glaiza Patrick?s new girl after Jennylyn Mercado?

Rihanna and Chris promised to come back soon. The hit song ?Umbrella? was so apt for their concert because they sure whipped up a storm.

Guess list

? On TV, the actress in a soap opera denied being the cause of delay in their tapings. The staff of her show who were watching the star?s interview all exclaimed in unison, ?Liar!? Celebs are either credible or just incredible!

? A female singer is in danger of getting banned from guesting on TV shows. She either arrives late on the set or fails to show up at all without even informing the talent coordinator. The chanteuse better be ready with a farewell song.

True Faith gig

Join me and True Faith on Nov. 22 at Aruba in Metrowalk. There's no cooler way to spend the weekend!
