THE ambassadors of the United Nations? World Food Program (WFP) attended the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) in Hong Kong, including our Ambassador against hunger, KC Concepcion.
Not only did the conference formulate solutions to help solve the problem of malnutrition in Asia, it also made commitments to improve the lives of children in eight countries, with an estimated value at US$20 million.
The gala dinner had an A-list crowd that included Michelle Yeoh and Jet Li. Of course, the main attraction was Bill Clinton himself.
While everyone?s eyes were on KC?s gorgeous terno by Lulu Tan Gan, one could say that it was KC?s big, generous heart that she wore best that night.
Having been blessed with ample opportunities, KC certainly knows how to give back. Young as she is, she is already deeply involved in humanitarian causes. She?s not only an accomplished actress serious about her craft, but also a caring person who aims to improve the welfare of others.
Indeed it?s her sense of values that makes for the perfect ?accessory? that money can?t buy.
