MANILA, Philippines? The Kapamilya network reacts to the accusation that the crew it dispatched to the wake of Marky Cielo in Baguio disrespected the late young actor?s family:
?ABS-CBN politely and respectfully asked the permission of... Mildred Cadaweng for an interview as seen in the video footage aired in ?The Buzz?... (Dec 14).
?ABS-CBN apologizes to the family and relatives of Marky for the controversy created by certain sectors. We also sincerely thank Marky?s family and relatives for welcoming us.?
But we also saw video footage on the channel operated by those ?certain sectors? showing a very annoyed Mildred (Marky?s mom) Her words: ?Bakit ?yung ordinaryong tao, naiintindihan ?yun? Bakit ginawa nila ?yun? Talagang masakit ang loob ko doon.?
She pleaded with ?everybody? to stop all speculation about her son?s death. Before we could mutter, ?Impossible,? she gave a perfectly sound reason? one that was hard to refute: ?Hindi na po siya artista.?
This would also mean, however, that all talk about Marky, good or bad, should stop.
Another Angelina?
An information dispatch made our brows knit with the headliner, ?Rhian Ramos: The Next Angelina Jolie??
The first paragraph was quick to explain, though. In the cover story, the Kapuso star reportedly told Preview magazine: ?Adopting is motherhood na rin for me.? Oh, okay.
