The program?s TFC broadcast should have found its way to Oprah Winfrey?s and Ellen Degeneres? TV rooms; then they would have a better grasp of where Charice Pempengco and Arnel Pineda are coming from.

The two Pinoy world-class performers were on the program, by the way?in a hypnotic showdown?but they didn?t have to carry it on their shoulders. The star-studded roster was culled from three generations of performers who looked good or sounded good. In fact, many of them looked and sounded good.

Production numbers and musical arrangements were concert-stage worthy, quite a few of them impeccable.

Yes, indeed, televiewers deserve all these.
