MANILA, Philippines?The Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) gave an R-18 rating to Paolo Villaluna and Ellen Ramos? ?Walang Hanggang Paalam? on its second screening.
Board chair Marissa Laguardia said the movie?s producer submitted a new version of the film without the objectionable scenes. According to the committee report, the fellatio scene ?was altered? and the ejaculation ?was not shown anymore.?
The film was rated ?X? on its first review.
Producer Leo Dominguez confirmed that he and the filmmakers made the cuts.
Filmmaker Villaluna said, ?We didn?t delete the scene, we just took away a shot. We asked for R-13, but were told that the theme itself is for mature audiences.?
