MANILA, Philippines?Aga Muhlach accepted the Best Sitcom award for his defunct show ?That?s My Doc? in the recent USTv Students? Choice Award, the University of Santo Tomas? awards for excellence in values-oriented TV programming.

The survey was conducted last year when the show was still on the air.

?UST, you have taste,? Aga said upon accepting his award at the UST Medicine Auditorium, noting that he got married to Charlene Gonzales, a graduate of Psychology at the UST College of Science.

For the first time, Ogie Alcasid and Michael V attended the awards to receive the Most Popular Gag Show award for ?Bubble Gang.? The duo has won the award four years in a row.

Arnold Clavio, who received the Speculum Veritate (Splendor of Truth) award for his work for children?s welfare, said he had his first kiss from his wife-to-be at the Arch of the Centuries UST monument.

The winners were drawn from a sampling of 6,000 respondents out of the 35,000 student population.
