MANILA, Philippines - GMA-7 isn't renewing "Pinoy Idol".

Instead, the network is putting together a new talent search: ?Are You the Next Big Star??

Auditions started early this month.

According to Internet reports, Regine Velasquez will host the new contest, set to be launched mid-May. Bayani San Diego Jr.
