MANILA, Philippines—Businessman Eric Johnston Chua maintained he did not upload the steamy videos of cosmetic surgeon Hayden Kho with female celebrities, including actress Katrina Halili.
Chua, who has been accused by Kho of being behind the spread on the Internet of the sex videos, admitted that he got the computer hard disk of Kho, but when asked who uploaded the videos, he said: “I don’t know.”
Chua said the issue was stressful for him. He personally submitted his affidavit before the National Bureau of Investigation’s Anti-Fraud and Computer Crimes Division (AFCCD).
Chua, together with Dr. Mark Herbert “Bistek” Rosario, were told to explain their involvement in the uploading of the sex videos. Rosario has yet to appear before the NBI.
Halili has filed charges against Kho.
