Dollywood
Maryo J is Baron’s manager

COULD it be true that Paolo Bediones and Abby Cruz have split up but they?re keeping it hush-hush for now?

Both their ?status? in Facebook read: Single. Hope it?s just a cool-off period. Love is a terrible thing to waste.

New manager for Baron

Baron Geisler is no longer with Star Magic. He?s now managed by Direk Maryo J. delos Reyes. Did Baron leave unceremoniously or with the blessings of his former handler? With his volatile nature, Baron keeps making people wonder what he?s up to next. Call it the Geisler enigma.

Tears of joy

When Judy Ann Santos walked down the aisle, she forgot to bring a hankie. So when tears started falling as she approached the altar, her best friend Direk Nico Garcia whispered, ?Wala kang dalang panyo?? and slipped his own hankie under her veil. Maybe Juday didn?t want to wipe away her tears of joy.

Reunited exes

Jolina Magdangal and Marvin Agustin are reunited in the romantic comedy series ?Adik Sa ?Yo? (premieres tonight after ?Totoy Bato? on GMA 7). Also starring Dennis Trillo and Jennica Garcia, ?Adik Sa ?Yo? follows the lives of four people whose paths crisscross to create a rollercoaster ride of emotional highs and lows.

Will Marvin?s emotions go haywire when he works with his two exes?Jolens and Pauleen Luna? ?I?m friends with all my ex-GFs,? he says. ?They all helped me learn things I didn?t know about myself. I get dyahe [aloof] when people tease me and Jolens. Let?s give her the space she needs to fully recover from her previous relationship.? Jolens and Marvs are out to show that love teams can be funnier the second time around.

Before the scandal

Even before the Hayden-Katrina video scandal erupted, Representative Irwin Tieng of the Buhay partylist saw it coming so he authored House Bill 4315, which aims ?to penalize the mere act of recording or any attempt of recording the private acts, including but not limited to sexual acts, and other violations of the privacy of an individual which would cause public ridicule, without the consent of the parties.?

It not only punishes the participants, but also the ?owner? and the ?sharer? of the materials. ?We have to protect the dignity of the Filipino people,? says Rep. Tieng. ?This is our duty as Filipinos.? Over and beyond the call of duty of Pinoys. But for Hayden, it?s over and beyond the call of the wild.

Hair testing

Although Katrina has gained public sympathy, some quarters are wondering why she delayed her drug testing. Was she stalling for time so that any residual effects brought about by her alleged ?Ecstasy-taking? won?t be detected?

If she really wants to come clean, maybe she should also submit herself to hair testing?which is said to be more accurate in determining whether one is drug-free or not. We don?t have the facilities here but her hair samples could be sent to laboratories abroad. Katrina is really HAIR there and everywhere.

Personal: Super duper thanks to Robert Castañeda and Mr. RF for making IC and me a part of the TechnoMarine family. No match ang ibang watch!

Happy birthday to his majesty, Jerry Yap.

Birthday kisses to the coolest landlady ever, Gerlyn Lagleva.
