Rachel says. ?But I don?t expect an apology. I?m still open to working with them, though.?

For now, she?s working on an album, a possible online cooking show and a Sexy Chef cookbook. Rachel is herself on phase 2 of the diet. ?I take lean protein, whole grains, fruits and vegetables,? she says. ?It?s recommended for active people who need carbohydrates but still want to lose or maintain their weight.?

On and off

HAVE Phoemela Baranda and Ira Cruz split up? ?We?ve always been on and off,? sighs Phem. ?So I don?t want to say anything now and eat my words later. I want to think first and evaluate what we have. I?m not getting any younger.? But Phem doesn?t seem to age. Her heart may be in limbo but it will surely get to paradise soon because she?s always given her all to love.

Chatting with Yasmien Kurdi online in Facebook, I asked her if there?s anything Baron Geisler can do to make her forgive him. She has pressed charges against him for acts of lasciviousness. ?Sorry I can?t talk about it anymore,? she replied. ?It?s with the courts na kasi.? The ball is now in Baron?s court. I?m sure he has the balls to own up to his mischief, if proven.
