MANILA, Philippines? One unsung heroine in the aftermath of ?Ondoy??and I am sure she prefers it that way?is Cristalle Belo-Henares, who has worked tirelessly to bring relief goods and medical assistance to affected communities.

Together with volunteers from the Belo Medical Group, Cristalle has personally handed out food and supplies to thousands of families in Marikina. Belo doctors were likewise on hand to provide much-needed help. That?s true beauty for you, inside and out.

It is an open secret in show biz circles that Cristalle and Hayden Kho are not exactly on friendly terms, but both were happy to set aside whatever differences for the greater good.

Aside from their common concern for ?Ondoy? victims, Cristalle and Hayden also both love one superwoman, Vicki, who never fails to give her best to love even when things are at their worst.

Cowboy party

Aubrey Miles and Troy Montero?s firstborn, Hunter, turned 1 year old last Oct. 3. The fab couple hosted a cowboy-theme party for him.

Celebrity guests were Ara Mina, Jeni Hernandez, Geneva Cruz, KC Montero, Heaven Arespacochaga, JM Rodriguez and Will Devaughn. Also present were Jacq Yu, Aubrey?s best friend and partner in ?Amazing Race Asia,? and ninongs Tim Yap and Mico Palanca.

Why the Wild West motif?

?I?ve always wanted to be a cowgirl,? she said, laughing. ?Buntis pa lang ako naisip ko na ?yung first birthday n?ya. Gusto ko cowboy theme and super gusto din ni Cody (Troy?s nickname) kasi his mom and dad are originally from Texas.?

The birthday boy was wide awake during the entire bash, hugging all the kids. He surely has the makings of a party animal like his mom and a heartthrob like his dad.

?What I love about him is that he likes crowded places so we never have a problem bringing him anywhere I go, even at the gym.?

Will the proud parents allow Hunter to join show biz someday? ?I?m not sure about show biz right now. Siguro TV commercials.?

Parenting just got hipper and sexier with daddy Troy and mommy Aubrey. Just like the cowboy theme of Hunter?s party, they know how to keep things fun not just as parents but also as a couple.
