Is it harder to act or to host? ?I?m more comfy acting,? he says. ?Hosting requires you to be yourself and I really don?t have that confidence.?

Unsung hero

My sources from the North tipped me off on this touching story: When Typhoon ?Pepeng? hit, Aiza Seguerra was in her van somewhere in the North. A pregnant lady knocked on her window pleading for help. Aiza let her in because it looked like she was about to pop.

True enough, she gave birth inside Aiza?s van. Aiza didn?t mind if blood was spilled all over her car. The rescue boat came in the nick of time so someone could cut the baby?s umbilical cord.

According to my source, Aiza would rather keep the story untold. But I deemed that it?s worth sharing. Kudos to Aiza, a singer turned unsung hero!

?A TV personality is trying to control her BF/TV host?s life. As the mother of the host?s co-star laments ?Lumapit ako kay host for help kasi nasalanta kami ng ?Ondoy.? Biglang dumating ang GF at tinatanong kung ano hinihingi ko. Nagpalusot na lang si host. Nung umalis na si GF, saka nya ako inabutan ng pera. Dati galante si host lalo na pag Pasko nung di pa nya GF yun. Kontrabida ang GF sa buhay niya.?

It?s understandable why TV personality doesn?t want to share her prized catch BF with any other woman. That?s why she watches over him like a hawk. But she should allow him to share his blessings the way he used to.

? A comedienne is puzzled why a character actress is bad-mouthing her. ?Nakiusap siya tumira ako sa bahay niya nung nag-abroad siya, tapos pag-uwi nya ako pa pinagbintangan niyang magnanakaw. Parang caretaker ng bahay niya ako for free tapos siya pa ang galit. Pinakamasakit ?yung paratang nya na ang anak ko daw ay di anak ng asawa ko.?

Hmm... Seems like the actress is in kontrabida mode even off-cam but the comedienne has reasons to laugh only on-cam.

High-tech mode

GMA 7?s top-rating game show, ?Family Feud,? embarks on its third season (Mondays to Fridays starting today before ?Ikaw Sana?), with host Richard Gomez.

Major changes were made on the show?s set to give the third installment a more high-tech playing mode, advanced lighting effects and a fab studio arrangement to make it at par with its international counterpart. Plus the launching of a nationwide audition for families who want to experience the thrill of being live contestants in the show. FAMtastic!
