MANILA, Philippines?A retrospective on the late National Artist Lino Brocka is set in the Vienna International Film Festival, from Oct. 22 to Nov. 4.
Eight Brocka films are in the lineup: ?Maynila sa mga Kuko ng Liwanag,? ?Tinimbang Ka Ngunit Kulang,? ?Bona,? ?Tatlo, Dalawa, Isa,? ?Insiang,? ?Jaguar,? ?Stardoom? and ?Bayan Ko: Kapit sa Patalim.?
Also part of the retro is Christian Blackwood?s docu ?Signed: Lino Brocka.? Two Raya Martin films, ?Next Attraction? and ?Independencia,? are also in the Vienna fest. Bayani San Diego Jr.
