Lizelle Jimenez (Panganiban) is left devastated by the sudden disappearance of boyfriend Gary Angeles (Ramsay). In her brokenness, she is rescued by Dr. Adrian Benitez (Concepcion). He showers her with love and affection.

Lizelle has never felt so special, but she finds it difficult to belong in Adrian?s high-class society.

As Lizelle tries her best to fit in Adrian?s world, Gary comes back. With Gary?s return, Lizelle is caught in a tangle of secrets, truths and lies that she has to confront.
