ACTOR-TV host Cesar Montano, a former ABS-CBN talent, is set to sign a contract with GMA 7 today (Thursday), Inquirer Entertainment learned on Tuesday. Montano may or may not be an exclusive Kapuso artist, but he is certain to be part of a new GMA 7 prime time show. He was last seen as host of the game show ?Singing Bee? on ABS-CBN. He was also a pinch-hitter for Willie Revillame as host of the noontime program ?Wowowee.? Marinel R. Cruz
