BERJAYA MANILA Hotel, the initial Philippine venture of Malaysia?s Berjaya Hotels and Resorts, is undergoing a comprehensive renovation in preparation for its relaunch later this year. Rudy Romulo, general manager of Berjaya Manila, says that the project involves overhauling 212 rooms, sprucing up the hotel?s food and beverage offerings, as well as upgrading its Internet infrastructure.

The hotel?s current guest profile is heavily skewed toward the balikbayan market. Under the leadership of chef Lauchengco, its restaurant serves tasty Filipino dishes.
