LUCIO TAN-LED Eton Properties Philippines Inc. recently rolled out a specially designed small office/home office (Soho) project in Adriatico, Manila as a component of its high-rise condominium development in the area.
The Soho project is a component of Eton?s third Manila project, 8 Adriatico , which is on Adriatico corner Padre Faura Streets. This was designed to provide space for business owners to manage their businesses effectively in the comfort of their homes, Eton said in a statement.
?There is a demand from office locators in Manila that needs to be addressed. The Soho units of 8 Adriatico address this demand,? said Eton president Danilo Ignacio.
Eton believes this project is ideal for budding entrepreneurs and self-employed individuals, pointing out in the statement that a Soho unit perfectly ?reinforces businesses with its unique layout that offers convenience and flexibility.?
A typical Soho unit can be used as an office at daytime and home at nighttime. ?It also offers entrepreneurs the best value investment as it can either be used as their very own personal home office space or rented out,? the Eton statement added.
The rollout makes 8 Adriatico the first high-rise project in Manila to feature Soho units. The Soho project features studio, one- and two-bedroom units to address the growing demand for office space in the area.
The Soho units will sell for P2.1 million for the 25-square-meter studio units to P7.6 million for the 84-sqm two-bedroom units.
Eton said the Soho would support fast-paced businesses with minimum upkeep and would be fully supported by a business center at the ground floor.
