MANILA, Philippines? The Cinemalaya Kids? Treat jury picked Rommel Tolentino?s short film, ?P,? as the recently concluded festival?s Best Film for Children ?for delightful and creative depiction of a young boy struggling with bullies and a grouchy aunt.?
