Dollywood
Shalani is Willie’s personal choice as co-host

IT?S OFFICIAL! Starting Monday night on TV5, Willie Revillame?s new co-host on ?Willing Willie? is Shalani Soledad.

The ex-GF of President Noynoy is Willie?s personal choice. Seems the new tandem is out to show that, just as their names rhyme, they have the chemistry to make the game show sizzle even more.

It took a lot of persuasion before Shalani said ?yes.? She?s gone through a lot after her breakup with P-Noy.

As her mom puts it, ?Alam kong nagmahal ng totoo ang anak ko.

With her foray into hosting, the charming Valenzuela councilor will be too busy to dwell on her heartaches. We hope that soon enough, the wounds will heal so she will be busy being happy and be happy being busy.

Romance over

Pia Guanio was spotted with a non-show biz date in Tagaytay. It could have been just a friendly date. But it could also be a telltale sign that her romance with Vic Sotto is really over. Is it pack up and change casting for Vic and Pia?

No vacancy

Karen Davila sent feelers to TV5 to join the Kapatid network?s news department. But since there seems to be no vacancy yet, she was offered to join the soon-to-be launched cable network of TV5.

Karen will be an asset to any news team. It just feels odd when news anchors become headline material. But Karen has enough grace and dignity to handle all the pressure.

Damage control

Rumors that Claudine Barretto and Raymart Santiago?s marriage is on the rocks refuse to die down. Perhaps as damage control, Claudine tweeted: ?Finished guesting in ?Bantatay.? Off to Batangas to celebrate our anniversary.? Quarrels serve as a renewal of love. Hopefully, that?s the case with the beleaguered Santiagos.

Where to, Q?

Is Q Channel 11 really folding up? Are there plans to convert it into a cable news network like ANC? The Q in QTV could very well stand for Questions, as viewers await the final verdict.

Boy genius

Let Jimmy Neutron wake you up every morning with a blast as Nickelodeon?s boy genius invades your TV screen from Monday to Saturday, 8:25 a.m. on ABS-CBN.

?The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius? joins other Nickelodeon titles such ?SpongeBob Squarepants,? ?Dora the Explorer? and ?Avatar: The Legend of Aang,? after the Kapamilya Network bagged exclusive rights to air them from media giant MTV Networks International. Tune in to the best Cartoons!
