Anne loses $600 ring

Anne Curtis was in tears after losing a David Yurman amethyst ring worth $600, on a flight back to Manila last Monday. The actress bought the ring during a stopover in Hong Kong. She had come from a weekend shoot in Seoul, Korea for an upcoming series.

Anne was about to clear immigration when she realized she had left her paper bag containing the ring, in the business class section of the Cathay Pacific aircraft. ?I was allowed to return to the airplane, but it was not in my seat anymore. Later on, the customs officers found the paper bag in the blanket area, and the box in a different overhead compartment. But the ring was gone,? Anne said on ?Showbiz News Ngayon.?

Angelica: It?s not me

An alleged nude photo of Angelica Panganiban has been circulating in the Internet since August. The photo, which seems to have been taken with a camera phone, shows a topless woman putting on a bra.

On ?SNN? last Thursday, the actress firmly denied she?s that woman: ?Malayong-malayo po ang katawan ko du?n... kung pwede ko lang ipakita... gagawin ko... kaya lang, baka mawalan ako ng trabaho.?

Mick at Grammys

LOS ANGELES?Rolling Stones front man Mick Jagger will strut his stuff at the Grammys this month, joining music stars including Lady Gaga, Eminem and Katy Perry already lined up, organizers announced Thursday.

?Get real rehab?

NEW YORK?British singer Elton John has handed out some tough advice to his longtime friend and tour companion, Billy Joel, who has spent much of his career battling alcoholism: Seek better treatment.

?He?ll hate me for this, but every time he goes to rehab they?ve been light,? John, 63, told Rolling Stone magazine. ?When I went to rehab, I had to clean the floors. He goes to rehab where they have TV. I love you, Billy; this is tough love.?

Joel, 61, has spent several stints in rehab centers for substance abuse and alcoholism.

In a statement, he seemed to shrug at the advice: ?I?ve worked with Elton for such a long time and enjoyed our relationship too much to let something as random as these comments change my affection for him. Elton is just being Elton.? Reuters

Farrah?s swimsuit

WASHINGTON?The red swimsuit that ?Charlie?s Angels? star Farrah Fawcett wore in her iconic 1976 poster has joined president Abraham Lincoln?s top hat and Superman?s cape at a Smithsonian Institution museum in Washington.

The one-piece suit, along with an original copy of the poster of Fawcett beaming at the camera, were among half a dozen ?Farrah? objects donated Wednesday to the National Museum of American History by Fawcett?s long-time partner, Ryan O?Neal, and her nephew Greg Walls.
?She was one of a kind,? said an emotional O?Neal at the signing ceremony, held on what would have been Fawcett?s 64th birthday. The actress died two years ago after a long battle with cancer. AFP
