“BEING sexy is also based on the confidence you exude,” says Solenn Heussaff.

3 sexiest men, according to Solenn

?Being sexy is not just about how you look, but also about the confidence that you exude,? says French-Filipino commercial model Solenn Heussaff.

Solenn considers actor Richard Gutierrez, TV host Tim Yap and young rap artist Elmo Magalona as three of the sexiest Pinoys.

?Elmo is sexy because he is a very good rapper,? she explains. ?He may be the son of a rap icon (the late FrancisM), but he is now making it on his own. Also, sexy to me is (Irish actor) Colin Farrell. He?s dirty-looking. I like the dirt.?

Solenn, who hosts a makeover program called ?Fashbook? on GNTV, adds that she finds Iza Calzado very sexy as well, because she?s ?not too thin, not too voluptuous. She has the perfect body. She is also very nice and down-to-earth. She is friendly to everyone and she can really dance.?

New look inside out

Solenn says ?Fashbook? attempts to help ordinary people feel good about themselves inside and out. ?We usually feature people with sad stories,? she explains. ?We help them regain confidence. We give them a new look inside out because we have psychologists who talk with them about their problems.?

Helping with the makeover is a team of makeup artists and stylists that includes Jigs Mayuga and Eric Poliquit. ?I give my inputs, too,? says Solenn. ?I act as their best friend. I motivate them to keep doing the changes we?ve done to them, then I present them to their families.?

Solenn admits she herself needs a makeover: ?Speaking Filipino is my weakness. Most Filipino words are tongue-twisters to me. I?m taking lessons. Little by little, I?ll use it on the show.?

Before she became an overnight sensation via the top-rating reality show ?Survivor Philippines: Celebrity Showdown,? Solenn worked as a commercial and print model, as well as a professional makeup artist. Currently she?s in the cast of the fantasy-adventure show ?Captain Barbell? on GMA 7.

Her first movie was the romantic comedy ?My Valentine Girls.? She?s in the cast of the remake of the Joey Gosengfiao original ?Temptation Island.?

?I?m nervous about this next film,? she says. ?We?ll start shooting in April. All the girls I?ll be working with are pros. I want to take more acting workshops. I want to learn more about the craft.?

Solenn will be working alongside Heart Evangelista, Marian Rivera, Lovi Poe and Rufa Mae Quinto.

?I?ve seen the movie thrice,? Solenn says. ?I?m interested in how the writers will tweak it. I have friends who love the original version. They know every line and quote them whenever they get the chance. I don?t know if it?s funny because it?s funny, or because the English is not so good. (In the latest version) maybe I?ll be funny because my Filipino is so bad.?

?Fashbook? airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m., with replays on Saturdays at 11 p.m.
