MANILA, Philippines—If there is any truth to the phrase "You are what you eat," then there must be something in kimchi that gives all those Korean telenovela stars such flawless skin.

Or, perhaps, as Korean actress Sung Yu Ri attests in her ads, the secret is really Skin Food.

Skin Food is an innovative Korean cosmetics brand that has been around for over 50 years. Its products operate on the basis of an age-old beauty belief: that what you eat will show in the externals.
