The song starts out with a bellowing and drawn-out ?Joey? that echoes twice and then suddenly sashays into a samba/ mambo beat! And that?s when the games begin.

You see that Marissa?s life revolves around Joey. And because of Joey?s extremely fast-paced life and odd working hours, there are certain waters that Joey charters and that he absolutely must leave to Marissa. I mean this literally. You see, Joey happens to love the sun and the sea, which necessarily explains his life sometimes on a ?boat.?

Most often the types of tasks range from launching Joey Pepperoni (the Italian food chain) in six months to furnishing 30 condo units in two months, hosting 1,000 people in his house for a book launch, and straight weekends out of town.

But let me tell you when Marissa decides to do a review of the menu, she does this to the T. How she runs her home with a library and computer of recipes in her main kitchen extends to business. When she hosts a dinner, she is involved particularly with the arrangements. She has the best and the most beautiful cheese bar.

On the boat she moves from a five-star hotel-type of muesli for breakfast on to a Mediterranean lunch, her famous mango salsa nachos for cocktails, and her grills flown for dinner. Note that these are served on board or shore depending on what Joey feels like. She plans the same excitement for her children?s parties. Kids await her famous giveaways.

Despite her commitments, this very down-to-earth and multi-tasking woman looks like she has jumped off the page of the fashion magazine. She explains that her way of dressing is ?for me.? ?I please no one but my self,? she says.

She explains her personal style is her chance of injecting humor and expressing herself in a very artistic way.
