How did you get those abs?
Exercise is very important to me. I start my day with a bit of yoga to center myself along with some mantras.
From there, I?ll engage in a range of activities throughout the week from climbing to running and swimming. The important thing is to find a sport you love.
Exercise makes me feel healthier by increasing my circulation and breathing efficiency, which leads to feeling beautiful.
It?s important to keep the inside of our body healthy and well-maintained, as it reflects on the outside. Movement for me is a stress release and helps to jumpstart the day.
Without it, I end up being restless. Oh, and as for the abs, climbing is a great workout for those muscles. I rock-climb three times a week.
