MANILA, Philippines?A Spanish-Mediterranean community will soon become part of the landscape of San Fernando, Pampanga.
?I?m proud to announce that land development and sale for Mirada Dos, a 4.5-hectare mid-cost residential project located in Barangay Sindalan on MacArthur Highway, are now in full swing,? announced Marilu Alferez, senior vice president and general manager of Robinsons Land Corp. Housing and Land Development Division.
Mirada Dos is a joint venture between RLC-HLDD and the Miranda brothers, Elias and Abelardo Jr., of Hacienda Miranda.
The project offers prime lots only?minimum cut is 147 square meters with an average unit price of P735,000?with option for housing.
?As land development is now 62 percent complete, reception has been most positive considering that about 70 percent of Mirada Dos? opened inventory is already sold,? Alferez informed.
Major triumph
Roseann Coscolluela-Villegas, RLC corporate PR manager, agreed adding that Mirada Dos is set to become another major triumph for Robinsons Land after its series of successful projects in Angeles City and Mabalacat, Pampanga that began in 2004.
?Convenience is a major plus for this fourth RLC project. A commercial strip along the main road is not only within easy access to future residents but will also open up opportunities for the business-minded homebuyers,? she said.
Villegas informed that within the development, future homeowners will be able to enjoy landscaped entry marker and gate and guardhouse, perimeter fence, 24-hour security and centralized water distribution system.
?They will also enjoy unlimited access to the clubhouse, basketball court, swimming pool, and open space/picnic areas,? she added.
Accessibility
Being located on MacArthur Highway enables Mirada Dos to easily access San Fernando?s business and commercial hub including Robinsons Starmills Mall.
Schools and hospitals are also within reach.
?The RLC-HLDD is very fortunate to be able to come here in Pampanga. We carefully designed Mirada Dos so it would reflect the rich history of San Fernando, a city which was created in 1754 when the Philippines was still under the Spanish rule,? Alferez informed.
The Spanish architecture influence is readily noticeable in each of the house model?s stucco finish, wrought iron grills, arched windows and openings.
Rich and earthy
?The colors are rich and earthy, giving each unit a distinct homey and cozy feel. Our team of expert designers conceptualized a look that was elegant but individualized,? Alferez said.
She added that such a design influence will be carried to the project?s landscaped area and pocket parks.
With Mirada Dos, Alferez is confident RLC-HLDD will be able to contribute to the growth of the real estate industry in Pampanga.
?One doesn?t have to look in Metro Manila or its surrounding provinces in order to enjoy a well-designed community. The RLC-HLDD is making an effort to other areas of the Philippines by offering well-designed homes in communities where their families can live safely, peacefully and comfortably,? she said.
Through the HLDD, RLC now has more than 30 housing and commercial subdivision projects nationwide.
