With your hectic workload, how do you manage to keep up your energy?
I start my day with a range of supplements and wait 30 minutes before having breakfast after I take them.
I take L-Carnitine, which helps to increase metabolism. Green tea extract was recommended to me by friends and is for general well-being. Then there?s Cod Liver Oil for my bones, hair and skin.
I also take Vitamin C, which helps to decrease my allergies. I increase the dosage if I?m coming down with a cold, as I find it helps shorten the time I?m sick.
Another good thing for allergies is this aerosol I?ve installed, which sprays every 7 minutes automatically for two months and kills dust mites, ants and other bugs. It has worked wonders for me. I used to wake up with a clogged nose due to allergies, but now I rarely get them.
Finally, I take a dose of psyllium which helps regulate bowel movements. I mix it with either juice or water. I highly recommend it to everyone. It doesn?t taste that great, but is very effective in regulating the bowels.
The best way to follow through with taking all these supplements is by working it into your daily routine. The morning routine works best for me, and I don?t feel complete without it.
Oh, and at least 6 hours of sleep!
