MANILA, Philippines—From Asia and the US to Europe and the Middle East, overseas Filipino workers (OFW) provide the standard of excellence against which other workers are measured.

The tedious process of selection and training starts with the Philippine Association of Local Service Contractors (Palscon), a private organization engaged in the staffing business.

Palscon takes pride in its roster of member-companies, among which are City Service Corporation and Corporate Executive Search and Service Resources.
